Overview
The Independent Oversight and Advisory Committee for the WHO Health Emergencies Programme (IOAC) conducted a field mission to Lilongwe, Malawi from 5-8 March 2023 to review the WHO response to the cholera outbreak as well as concurrent outbreaks and crises, including those driven by climate change.
